After watching this video, you won't view starting your own business negatively—I’m about to turn on the light bulb.
I understand the struggle of starting a business firsthand. I've walked in your shoes: late nights, constant head-scratching, and endless frustration.
I'm not here to fill your head with doubts about why many businesses fail in the first six or twelve months—you’ve got enough of that already. Instead, I’m here to lift you up with hope and guidance. As a business and life coach, that's my job!
First, everything will be okay. Immerse yourself in my videos on the Takeover Strategy, and while you’re at it, check out our blog via the link below for even more insights.
If you're unfamiliar with what we do at the Takeover Strategy, here’s a quick rundown: We have two main components. One is our life coaching platform, covering personal development, spiritual awareness, and mental health. The other is our business development website, where we help you start, restructure, or grow your business, either through direct assistance or by coaching you individually or in group sessions on strategic business development.
What is Strategic Business Development?
So, what is strategic business development? It involves careful planning and execution. Many clients confuse two critical aspects: strategy and tactics.
Strategy is the overarching plan.
Tactics are the actions taken to implement that plan.
You need both. Strategy sets up the foundations of your business, and tactics build upon those foundations. Skipping any phase is not an option.
Another key point: don’t get too caught up in social media. Focus on mastering one platform that aligns with your business. For instance, we prioritize LinkedIn and YouTube because they suit our activities, unlike Facebook. Despite this focused approach, we’re achieving seven-figure turnovers.
So, learn everything about your chosen platform. Avoid spreading yourself too thin and becoming a "busy fool."
I’ve got to run to another client meeting, but don’t forget to check the links below for our blog, business development resources, webinars, and sign-ups. Join our family—you won’t regret it.
I'm John Thompson, and this is the Takeover Strategy.
