In my previous two posts, I explained a little about myself and what has happened to me over the last 3-4 years, truthfully it isn’t something I’d usually put out there to people I know, let alone tell people that I haven’t met before on the internet. But I think it’s important you know my background and where I have been and some of the things I have been through in my life, which helped me give birth to the business The Takeover Strategy.
Today I would like to continue along the same path with you, I’d like to give you an insight into The Takeover Strategy and what it is.
(My Business Coaching Skill Set)
I am a professional Business Coach that has diverse experience in Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Sales Management, Value Selling, Value Negotiation, Account Management, Strategic Selling, Strategic Sales, Cold Calling Techniques, Organisational Skills, Relationship Building, Commercial Awareness, Copywriting, Freelancing and also I am an expert in Lead & Sales Funnels/Email Marketing/Content Writing.
I have over twenty-four years of experience working within the Sales Industry, I started working in Sales when I was twenty-two years old, I am now Forty-Six years old, still a spring chicken, although you tell my body that at 6 am every day, it doesn’t listen! I had various jobs in my life, Mcdonalds, Sheet Metal Factory, Linen Factory, and Fashion Warehouse, never sticking to any of them I was rubbish in each one. After rubbing my Father up the wrong way for weeks, with me not working and being lazy he said tomorrow you are coming into my work with me, we are looking for a Telesales Agent. I didn’t have a clue what to do, but I did it anyway, I ended up staying there for two years, I had found my skill, and my skill was born. My skill at twenty-two wasn’t just ringing around various people, my skill was I could talk and people liked me, I was personable, I wasn’t very intelligent, and I sold myself on my personality and that got me to the level where I needed to be at that point in my life, eventually I would go on in my Sales career and eventually I would have to add various strings to my bow because where I wanted to go I wouldn’t be able to succeed just with my personality, I would need everything I now coach and mentor to others (Skills, Experience, Knowledge and I still have a Lovely personality)
Over the Twenty-Four Years, I established myself in various Global Businesses where I worked hard and learned my trade, not only that I was taught by some pretty special mentors, who over the years had double the experience that I have now, so if you add that to my current experience, I have like over hundred years experience, yes I can sell ice to Eskimos, I haven’t done it yet, but I’d like to try! So why am I qualified to improve you or improve your business? If I haven’t convinced you already? I am not your normal Business Coach you see, someone who has done hours of university work and got a diploma, no, whilst they were doing their coaching degree I was working, working hard learning in the trenches, firefighting every day, bringing in new business every month, keeping my existing clients happy, growing my accounts, building a solid foundation, and I didn’t do this in one business, I did it several, I made MILLIONS and MILLIONS of pounds, FACT! So, if I did it for all those businesses, why can’t I grab you and your business, or your business and your sales team, and turn them into money-making machines, and the truth is I can, and I am already doing this. One thing you will get in total honesty from me and my Team if I can’t help you, I will tell you straight away, I am a straight-talking individual, I won’t take people’s money, and I am here for a purpose, not to rip people off. I want to grow businesses, I want to grow men and women, so they can enjoy better lives, yes I get paid, but we all win and that’s what I am in this for. I have dealt with people at all levels, from a production Manager to a CEO of Global corporate retail brands, I know people, I get people, people get me, and this is why working with the Takeover Strategy will be a unique experience for you. From a Personal perspective, I am experienced in Personal Growth, Relationship Trauma, Family Trauma, Low Self Esteem, Co-Dependacy Issues, Empaths, Low Confidence, Addictions, Personal Growth within a Business environment, No Motivation, No Drive, and so on.
I have a Life Time of experience in Personal Development, I am a Master in Developing people! Throughout my life, I have always had a gift, and please don’t think this is me blowing my own trumpet, it’s the truth, they are all facts, I am a decent human being, I have made mistakes, plenty of them, I am the same as you, the same, flesh and blood! But my main skill as it’s always been since birth is PEOPLE, I am a people person, people are attracted to me, not because I am the soul of the party, or because I am Jack the lad, no, because I have a nature that positively attracts people, but also people look for me for guidance, no matter what it is, they come to me, I am approachable and personable, I am an EMPATH! During my working life, I have worked with various people, I have studied them without even knowing it, I understand people, I understand how to get the best out of someone, and I have again done this, with my teams, dealing with their traumas, life problems, helping them grow, taking a graduate from College and turning him into a Sales Machine, I have taken people from different industries and made them the top dog in their company, I have helped people hundreds of promotions. But where the main growth is why I can help you develop yourself is because, throughout my life, I have had much trauma, too much trauma, I have done this whilst building my career and my skills, these include, Co-Depenency issues, low self Esteem, Low Confidence, No Drive, No Motorvation., Addictions, Relationship Trauma, Family Trayma, Negative Self Talk, No Direction, yes, although I have got to where I am today I have experienced all these things heavily! So, again I have experienced these things and come out the other end shining, so I know what it takes, I understand how you feel, I know what you go through every day and I know how to put it right! Don’t get me wrong it takes time and patience, but there is a light at the end of that tunnel and I can take you there.
(Spiritual Development Skills)
My Spiritual Skills are unbelievable, as I have said in previous posts, I don’t know where they have come from, I just have them, but I only got them back in 2020, please read The Rebirth and Death of the EGO.

If you read my last two posts you will understand why I have a spiritual understanding, again I have been through it all, and I would recommend you read my last two blogs as I mentioned above it will give you a total understanding of my spirituality. I understand that having a spiritual understanding of life isn’t for everyone, we all have different journeys, and not one person is the same. But believe me, when I tell you it can help you in Business, it’s not about getting on your knees and praying, but how it helps you in business is that it opens your mind up, being mindful of everything that is going on around you brings your life balance, not only to your professional life but also your personal life and relationships. I am not a preacher of spirituality, and I wouldn’t do that to anyone, you either want to learn and understand and have been called to bring it into your life or you haven’t, but it can be taught. Mediation is a beautiful thing, I think many people don’t get involved in Mediation because they don’t know how to, so they dismiss it through Fear. Another thing I find it helps with is concentration and visualizing, visualising in business is very important, when you are open-minded you see more pathways to secure the deal, and you see clearly what kind of value you can offer the customer. All three Business, Personal Development, and Spiritual Development just flow together each enhancing the other, all three together you can become an inspiration to others, you can build yourself and build whatever business you start or whatever business you work in with ease.
